Submission of the Project Report ( one copy ) in bound form to: The Regional Director of your Regional Centre	Twice a year as shown below: 1 st July to 30 th September (For Project Proposals that have been approved during the 1 st April to 30 th June slot) or 1 st January to 31 st March (For Project Proposals that have been approved during 1 st October to 31 st December slot)
4.	Viva-Voce to be conducted	In July (For project reports submitted during 1 st January - 31 st March slot) In January (For project reports submitted during 1 st July - 30 th September slot)
